Our proposal brings us to this region where the stretch of land is used for the cultivation of fine wine which has considerably improved the last past years.

Nuestra propuesta nos lleva a esta provincia donde una gran extensión se dedica al cultivo de la vid para producir buenos vinos que en los últimos años no han parado de mejorar.
Our main goal is to discover a cheese artisan who designs unique gastronomic pearls in Spain.
Pero nuestro objetivo principal es descubrir a un productor artesano de quesos que diseña unas joyas gastronómicas únicas en España.
Our trip starts with a visit to the countryside where the animals which were the foundaments of the economy Spain in the fifteenth century. Nowadays, these sheeps of Castellian breed are protected native livestock. Their pasture remain a vast stretch of land across mountains and rivers.
Nuestro viaje comienza visitando en pleno campo los animales que fueron la base de una economía que en tiempos supuso una gran riqueza para España, hoy estas ovejas de Raza Castellana son ganado autóctono protegido. Sus pastos suponen una extensión de terreno amplia que discurre por diferentes zonas, algunas en montes y cerca del ríos.
We will meet the fine shepherd Juan Carlos, who masters the lands and who will explain his diary duty, his anecdotes, the secrets of the climate and of his animals. He will also introduce us to his sheepdogs and to his loyal donkey. A breakfast in the countryside will give us energy to continue the route.
Conoceremos al buen pastor, Juan Carlos, que domina a la perfección los parajes de esta tierra, y nos contará como hace cada día su trabajo, anécdotas, los secretos del clima y de sus animales. También nos presentará a sus perros pastores y a su fiel burro. Un desayuno en pleno campo nos servirá de reconstituyente para continuar nuestro recorrido.
In our route we will be able to enjoy the landscape and the beautiful natural scenes.
En nuestra ruta se suceden continuamente paisajes y bellas escenas de naturaleza, para disfrute de los amantes de la fotografía y de los adoradores de lo natural.
Afterwards, we will see the milking process of the sheeps and we will continue our trip stopping at the viniards to taste one of the best white spanish wines with appellation of Origin Rueda (D.O. Rueda). A tasting to these wines will open our senses and we will learn the reason of its prestige.
A continuación veremos el proceso de ordeño de los animales y continuaremos nuestro viaje haciendo un alto para visitar las bodegas de unos de los mejores vinos blancos de España con Denominación de origen de Rueda. Una cata de estos vinos nos abrirá todos los sentidos y comprenderemos el motivos de todos sus premios y prestigio.
Our next stop will be the Granja Cantagrullas (“Singcrane” Farm) where we will see and participate, if we wish to, in the production of some of the farmhouse cheese most wanted in Spain from the great chefs and amateurs in the cheese delicatessen world. The Farm is located in a place where cranes used to stop in their migration from the north of Africa to central Europe and to the Nordic lands.
Nuestra siguiente parada será en la Granja Cantagrullas donde veremos y participaremos, si nos apetece, en la producción de algunos de los quesos artesanos más alabados en España por grandes chefs y aficionados al mundo del queso delicatesen. La Granja se encuentra ubicada en un paraje en el que habitualmente paraban las grullas a descansar en su largo viaje migratorio desde el norte de África a centro-Europa y a los países nórdicos y viceversa.
After having discovered all the secrets of the production of these farmhouse cheese and having tasted them, we will have lunch at a surprising restaurant where signature cuisine and traditional cuisine are merged together resulting in something magical within the Spanish cuisine.
Después de conocer todos los secretos de la producción de estos quesos artesanos y catarlos para descubrir todos sus matices, comeremos en un sorprendente restaurante donde la cocina de autor y la cocina tradicional se fusionan dando como resultado algo mágico dentro de la gastronomía española.
We will end up the day with a route around the natural environment at the riverside.
Terminaremos el día haciendo un recorrido por una zona natural que transcurre al borde de un precioso río.
Accommodation and transport / Alojamiento y traslados
This travel can be made including an accommodation in the surroundings the day before or traveling the same day from Madrid. Starting in Madrid the Travel can be made by high-speed train or by road with our limousines.
Este viaje puede realizarse alojándose el día anterior en las inmediaciones de la zona o viajando el mismo día desde Madrid. Desde Madrid el viaje puede realizarse en tren por vías de alta velocidad o en vehículos de alta gama.
